The two main activities under property development are Investment studies and project management Investment studies: We guide potential investors through careful study in determining the worthwhileness or otherwise of a proposed project. Project management: Our aim here is to assist clients in achieving high quality, timely executed and cost effective projects through proper control and co-ordination of the entire development process.
