About Us
IFEBUNANDU & ASSOCIATES is a real estate surveying and valuation firm established in 2013 and commenced professional practice in 2015.
The firm is backed by the Estate Surveying and Registration Board of Nigeria (established by Decree No.24 of 1975) to practice estate surveying and valuation profession in Nigeria.

Our core services include valuation of all types of assets however based on our training and experience, we are well equipped to provide other real estate related services which include: real estate brokerage, property/facilities management, property development (investment studies and project management)
VALUATION SERVICES
We offer valuation services for diverse assets like real estate, equipment, vehicles, and more. Our valuations serve various purposes such as business, accounting, litigation, taxation, insurance, and investment decisions. Our expertise aids in transactions, accounting compliance, legal cases, taxation, insurance, and investment feasibility.
REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE
We act on behalf of buyers, sellers, lessees and lessors in achieving their objectives.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
The essence of owning any property is to maximize the highest possible net income. A well managed property/facility will go a long way in achieving this objective.
Our property/facility management services cover: determination of appropriate rent, selection of suitable tenants, collection of rent as at when due, repairs and maintenance, settlement of property taxes

Ifebunandu Arinze Philip is the Principal partner and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (2004). He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Management from the University of Lagos (2012). He worked with Paul Osaji and Co. from 2006 – 2015 where he was head of valuation department.
JOY OFFOR. BSC, MBA
Joy Offor holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from Abia State University (2000) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos with specialization in Marketing. She previously worked with Jide Taiwo & Co. (2003-2007) and Paul Osaji & Co. (2007-2014) where she rose to the post of Head of Agency Department. She now works at Ifebunandu & Associates as the managing partner and Head of Agency Department
STEVEN OKAFOR. BSC, MSC
Steven Okafor holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University (2005). He previously worked with Yinka Okunnusi & Co. (2008-2009) before joining Paul Osaji & Co., and spent four years (2009-2013) as Head of Management Department. He now works at Ifebunandu & Associates as an Associate partner and Head of same Department.
