IFEBUNANDU & ASSOCIATES is a real estate surveying and valuation firm established in 2013 and commenced professional practice in 2015.
The firm is backed by the Estate Surveying and Registration Board of Nigeria (established by Decree No.24 of 1975) to practice estate surveying and valuation profession in Nigeria.

Offering a range of services, we specialize in asset valuation and extend our expertise to various real estate fields. Our services encompass real estate brokerage, property/facilities management, and property development (including investment studies and project management). We conduct valuations for diverse assets such as land, buildings, vehicles, machinery, and more, serving purposes such as business, accounting, litigation, taxation, insurance, and investment decisions.
In the realm of business and finance, we provide insights for property transactions, mergers, partnerships, and sales. For accounting purposes, we guide companies in assessing asset values for decision-making. In litigation cases, we aid in determining market values for disputes. Taxation services involve assessing ratable property values. In the realm of insurance, we assist both insurers and insured parties in determining insurance asset values. Moreover, we aid investors in evaluating alternative investment options.
Within real estate brokerage, we represent buyers, sellers, lessees, and lessors to meet their objectives. In property/facilities management, we enhance property income through rent determination, tenant selection, rent collection, and maintenance. As for property development, it entails improving land value through investment studies and project management, aiming for efficient and quality execution.

Ifebunandu Arinze Philip is the Principal partner and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (2004). He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Management from the University of Lagos (2012). He worked with Paul Osaji and Co. from 2006 – 2015 where he was head of valuation department.
JOY OFFOR. BSC, MBA
Joy Offor holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from Abia State University (2000) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos with specialization in Marketing. She previously worked with Jide Taiwo & Co. (2003-2007) and Paul Osaji & Co. (2007-2014) where she rose to the post of Head of Agency Department. She now works at Ifebunandu & Associates as the managing partner and Head of Agency Department
STEVEN OKAFOR. BSC, MSC
Steven Okafor holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University (2005). He previously worked with Yinka Okunnusi & Co. (2008-2009) before joining Paul Osaji & Co., and spent four years (2009-2013) as Head of Management Department. He now works at Ifebunandu & Associates as an Associate partner and Head of same Department.
